Summary: Great vacation house! We used to come here every summer when the kids were little. Area is greatly improved with many upscale & casual restaurants. Beach is great as always. House had everything we needed, even beach chairs & umbrella. Can always find something to do on rainy days.

Summary: Excellent stay. So close to beach. Early morning walking on the beach was fantastic. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our family was able to relax. TV has a cable, we watched NBA playoffs ;)) All our family were really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The Ocean’s One Eleven house was everything like the description said. We had 5 people in our party and had so much room. Paul greeted us the first night and was very helpful with different restaurants and attractions in the area. We had a great time and would stay at Paul’s place again. Thanks for everything!!

Summary: We loved our stay at the Hull House. The house was completely stocked, even a crib and a high chair we weren't expecting. The wonderful beach was close by, and easy walk and they had everything you needed for your time at the beach. The ferry is the way to go to Boston.

Summary: Overall our stay was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Fully equipped for a day at the beach with chairs and towels provided. Excellent location, friendly, quiet neighborhood and the host was very attentive. We highly recommend this home.

Summary: We had a fantastic time at this property. The location was perfect just a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. The house had everything you need. Our kids loved the outdoor shower. The owner Paul was very responsive and extremely kind. I would highly recommend staying at this property again.

Summary: This was the perfect place for our family getaway. Close walk to the beach for beach days, but a quick ride to the ferry into Boston for city days. We had plenty of space for everyone and the bunk bed and pack n play were nice to have for the kids. Paul was responsive, friendly, and helpful. We had a great stay!
