Perfect oceanside townhome located just six homes from the beach featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, rooftop deck and reversed living to maximize the ocean views. The light and bright living area offers an open floor plan with southern exposure, hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. A sliding door opens onto a spacious deck perfect for your morning cup of coffee. The upgraded kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and tiled floor. At the end of the day retire to your master suite with a walk-in closet and a spacious tiled shower.
The oversized garage has plenty of space for parking and includes beach amenities (including chairs, umbrella, wagon and toys) for your family. Exterior amenities include a private fenced yard, an outdoor shower (w/changing area), patio furniture and a grill. Unit is on the left side of the house.

Summary: My family and I were supposed to be in Turks in Caicos last week, but our resort closed last minute. George helped us out and week booked this house for the week! We could not have asked for a better vacation. The location is AMAZING and close to all our LBI favorites. The house was very spacious and George was super responsive. We definitely recommend this house for a family getaway :)

Summary: I really loved the place. Clean, nicely decorated and very close to the beach. Only thing is I wish there had been a covered porch. There was a nice upstairs deck. Maybe a small umbrella would be good. We would come back. Had a great week at LBI!

Awesome house, very clean and well air-conditioned, great views from the deck and all the beach equipment you'd need. The owner was very responsive as well when I emailed him.... Thanks!

Summary: My family stayed in this house for the July 4th week 2018. The house seems brand new inside so it was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was great, only about 1 mile from Beach Haven so we biked everywhere we went. The beach was only 6 houses away and was pristine....although a bit crowded (maybe it was because it was July 4th week). The lifeguard stand was only 1-2 blocks north of our beach access, which was perfect, as it was definitely more crowded by the lifeguards. Everything worked perfectly in the house and the owner responded very quickly to my question about the TV service. We had access to park in the garage and the owner let us use his beach chairs (which were new), umbrella and anything else he had in the garage. The views from the roof deck were amazing! This house is great for a small family or 2 couples and a few kids!
