Summary: A beautiful view of the bay - I loved relaxing on the balcony after scuba diving and play time! It's a comfortable place to stay, we made some meals in and had everything we needed. The Red Hook area had everything we needed (but you do need a car): restaurants, grocery, stores, beaches, the ferries, scuba shop/charter.

Summary: This was a great place to stay overall. The view was stunning. The condo itself needs some upgrades, but nothing to really complain about. I will definitely try and stay here again.

Summary: The place was very clean and neat. Hard to find in the dark because no street signs the light up. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced because the springs were coming through the couch. The bed was okay but small because it's only a full size mattress. A queen would have been better. Lisa was nice to work with and the value of the price was great. I would rent here again.

Summary: The condo was just as pictured. Located on a quiet peninsula away from the nightlife in Red Hook. If you're looking for solitude this is perfect. You fall asleep to the sound of the waves, and wake up to the call of a rooster! The beach outside is rocky, but there are small sandy inlets down the road, one of which connects to the Ritz resort beach. The majority of beaches are public, even ones connected to resorts less the chairs and equipment reserved for resort guests. It's a 5 minute drive to Red Hook and a few more more minutes to surrounding beaches. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beach towels, cookware, and utensils were supplied including a coffee maker which is a huge plus. Very breezy with the windows and doors open...we didn't even need the AC at night. Water pressure in the shower isn't great or particularly hot but not a huge problem given the climate. I'd suggest buying bottled water for drinking and cooking. The light switches are a little confusing and many are attached to outlets which could use labeling (i.e. microwave and tv). Power only went out once on our last night and was back on by the time we came back from dinner. Lisa's binder on the table included good information about nearby amenities. I would recommend having a rental car if you stay here given its a little off the beaten path, but everything you need is within relatively close driving distance. Specifically an SUV if you plan on exploring the island or St. John, which is a 25 min Ferry ride from the ferry located right in Red Hook. Overall, very satisfied with the location and property. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: This condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and being close to Red Hook was a plus for us. The balcony off the back has such pretty views. Coffee there was a great start to our day. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it for a couples get away.
