PRIVATE AND ISOLATED. NO SHARED SPACE WITH THOSE OUTSIDE YOUR PARTY. Panoramic ocean view. Aha Lodge boasts 3500 sq. ft house on 1.3 acres. A rare find - Rent your own lodge! 7 bedrooms. 3 1/2 baths. Full kitchen/2 full laundry areas. Huge 30 X 20 great room and a second separate family room. Main floor is handicap friendly. Tremendous for family reunions, retreats. training sessions, hobbyists (quilters etc). Yachats is beautiful little town at foot of mountains nestled along Pacific Ocean. We are near Cape Perpetua, Devil's Cove, trails, beaches, fishing, sightseeing, shopping and dining. Oregon is awesome. Wildly beautiful. Please note my property can hold total 18 individuals.

Summary: I loved this property so much. We had such a great time. Communication was top norch. They answered multiple questions prior to arriving. The 2 week old baby could sleep and not get woken up. Everyone else could continue chatting amd playing games. The arrangement of bedrooms was perfect. 2 family rooms helped when the teenagers wanted a break from us adults. We will definately be renting again. They have every dish you might need which was great.

Summary: This home was perfect for our family of 10! We loved that there were plenty of bedrooms with queen beds and that there was plenty of seating at the dining room table so we could all eat together. The home was clean and comfortable and a very short distance from the 804 trail that leads to the beach. We drove to smelt sands to park which was about a one minute drive but you could easily walk about 10 minutes and be there. The tidepools at low tide were beautiful here along the 804 trail! This house is perfectly situated in Yachats with only a 10 minute drive to Cape Perptua which is so beautiful and one of our favorite places! It's also very close to Strawberry Hill where we enjoyed watching the sea lions, looking at the tidepools, and hunting for agates. We would highly recommend this home for a large group looking for space!

Summary: We stayed at this location for a family reunion. We love the Oregon coast and often head there when we get together. We had a great group of family of all ages. This is a beautiful location and a fun place to hang out.

Summary: The Aha Lodge was the perfect gathering spot for our family gathering. The view of the ocean and the balcony are amazing. The house is huge and has plenty of space for large groups. The kitchen has all needed equipment and the 4 dining room tables provide ample space for cooking and serving to large groups. The grill, fire pit and large private lot made it easy to spend time outside. And the owner Candy was great with communication, very responsive, and comfortable to work with. Can't say enough good things about this rental and owner.

Summary: The house is huge. The listing doesn’t even give it the credit it deserves as a very roomy and comfortable place to take a large group of people. It would be perfect for groups and retreats. We had a wonderful time there. We had everything we needed. And more than ample amenities. The beds were comfortable. All of the beds, Even the twin beds. We especially enjoyed the grill in the garage. We pulled it out and Cooked hamburgers and hotdogs on it. It is not the traditional grill, it is even better than the traditional grill. There was plenty of room for everyone and all of my friends and family had a great time. We booked it for my granddaughter‘s wedding which was taking place in Yachats. I would recommend anyone stay here. You just won’t be disappointed. And you will really enjoy s’mores over the open fire pit. We did

Summary: We’ve stayed here twice for two family reunions with 11 adults and 7 kids (11 and under). There is plenty of space and we love the open kitchen/living room and deck ocean view. The kids love the play structure and the big yard for throwing footballs and playing tag. We loved the location close to several beaches, tide pools, and hikes. There’s a small grocery store and a Dollar General close by. Bigger grocery stores are about 30 minutes away. Communication with the host was fantastic. We had a few questions and got responses right away. The house is reasonably clean (just don’t move any furniture). The kitchen is well stocked. The house is certainly dated but that didn’t bother us. It was a comfortable and affordable place in a beautiful setting for our family reunion.
