5 Bedroom House in North End, Ocean City

Newer single family house with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, garage that fits 2 full size SUV's and room for storage, 3 large decks (2 with gorgeous ocean views), elevator, and cabana shower on the ground floor. Sleeps 12. Perfect for large or multiple families.
Hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Internet access provided. Smart TV's or fire sticks in living room and all bedrooms. Tank-less hot water so no one gets a cold shower. Dual zone AC.
Ground floor has spacious garage that fits 2 full size SUV's plus plenty of room to store bikes and beach stuff. 2 drive way parking spots in front of the garage, a 5th car can be fit by blocking the driveway. Cabana shower and hose on this level as well. Small back yard and grill.
Second floor hosts the living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, powder room, full size washer and dryer, multiplayer arcade and large deck. Living room has sofa, 2 love seats and 55" Smart TV. Dining room table seats 8, plus 6 stools at kitchen island and breakfast area. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils and plates for 16, cookware, blender, coffee pot, microwave, air fryer, and more. Deck has large table that can seat 8 and additional chairs and cocktail table.
Third floor has junior suite with queen bed and private full bath (shower tub with glass doors and tile). Two front bed rooms, one with a full size bed with twin trundle and one with twin over full bunk bed with additional twin trundle. Both front bedrooms have slider access to the deck on this level which has ocean views and is the largest deck of the house. Additional middle bedroom has twin over full bunk bed with additional twin trundle. All bedrooms have full closets.
Fourth floor hosts the master bed room suite with King bed and full bathroom with walkin tile shower with seat, rain head and sprayer. Double, his and her vanities. This floor has a large deck with a high top bar with seating for 6+, 2 lounge chairs and has gorgeous ocean views. This level has awesome views of OC and Atlantic City. You can see the Gardens bridge and 9th Street bridges to get an idea of traffic flow into and out of the island.
The location is just over 1 block to the beach and 2 blocks to the start of the boardwalk. This location gives you the quiet atmosphere of the gardens with easy walking access to the boardwalk, restaurants , and convenience stores. Elevator holds 900 lbs and makes move in easy.
No senior week rentals. Linens and towels are not provided.

Summary: Not much to say except the house was incredibly comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and very close to the beach and the owner responded very quickly to my questions during the week we were at the shore. Excellent experience for us!

Summary: My sister's and I rented this property to celebrate my parent's 80th birthday's and we are so happy we did! The location of the house was ideal and so was the rental property. My mother has limited mobility and the elevator came in very handy. In fact, it was a godsend. In addition, the house was beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. It also helped that Scott, the owner, was readily available to assist us as needed. We can't say enough good things about this property. We hope to return next year!

Summary: My family had a great visit at Scott's house in Ocean City. Everything was perfect from the elevator for my 92 year old mother to the open main level for cooking, eating and entertaining to the many beds and bedrooms, decks and location in the Gardens close to the Boardwalk and Beach. Best was the constant support and communication with Scott - thanks for a great stay!

Summary: This was a beautiful, well equipped destination for my whole family last week. It is new, beautifully appointed and close to the beach. The decks afforded privacy for those who sought an escape from our happy crowd of 14 and the kichten, living, dining area worked well for our annual family "Chopped Junior" competition. I would recommend this property to any family.

Summary: My family came back to Ocean City for a family reunion this summer and this house was perfect! There were 11 of us and we were quite comfortable. I loved be so close to beach and boardwalk, and we were a just a block from our childhood house! Loved it!

Summary: This place is amazing! The beach house has everything you need, is very clean and is decorated with a cute beach theme throughout. The space accommodated the 11 of us perfectly with plenty of space left for more. The location was great with a short walk to the beach, the playground and the boardwalk. The decks had plenty of furniture for everyone to sit comfortably and enjoy the ocean air. If you are looking for a great location and a home with plenty of space, this beach home is for you. We had a fun week and would highly recommend.

Summary: Everything in the house is brand new. The house is clean and very well kept with plenty of room for a large group. Very short walk to beach and boardwalk. The elevator makes moving in and out a breeze. Speaking of breezes one can be enjoyed on each of three pretty large balcony's the highest of which, off the master bedroom affords the best view of the ocean and the spectacular sunsets.
