Summary: The pictures on VRBO did not prepare us for the incredible view from this unit. Due to breathing issues, I can't lie down when sleeping, so I was lucky enough to be able to sleep in one of the comfortable recliners in the living room and wake each morning to the beauty of the Hawaiian sunrise over the ocean. It was magical. And the care with which the unit was furnished, its perfect location near shopping and beaches -- everything made our trip perfect. There was also a fantastic supply of bed linens! Two inconveniences: 1) There were excellent appliances in the kitchen, but we were hampered by a lack of basic cooking supplies. 2) The pool and hot tub are located in what forms a kind of amphitheater that amplifies sound directly to the unit. Even when people were trying to be quiet, we could hear most of what they said. Fortunately for us, most of the residents and visitors were very quiet people. Unfortunately, there were a few who weren't.

Summary: We really enjoyed watching the sunsets on the lanai, swimming in the pool, and walking to the local grocery store. The house was clean and spacious with lots of extra sheets and blankets to take advantage of the pull out couch. The water pressure was great and it was easy to get into the unit with lots of helpful appliances to make our stay extra homey.
