Great location just 8 minutes from The Ocean Reef Club. Docks provide up to 100amp service and water. There is a deepwater channel right to the dock with ocean access perfect for large vessels. There are 300 feet of direct ocean access with stunning views. The estate has marble floors throughout , two living rooms with incredible ocean views and brand new flat screens, The home has state of the art kitchen, sub zero double refrigerator ,wine cooler top of the line appliances, granite countertops more. The kitchen is completely equipped and seats 18 for a wonderful ocean view dinning experience. There are 6 bedrooms, Bedroom 5 and 6 are attached to create a large Family suite. Quarters are close but also separate. Ideal for families with young children. There is also a daybed for additional sleeping. The home sleeps 17 all bedrooms have brand new flat screens, 5.5 baths all marble With over 5000 feet of living space the home lends itself to large groups ,family reunions, and corporate retreats. The property has an elevator. The home in Upper Key Largo is 45 minutes from Miami Airport. Right off the backyard sits John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park . It includes approximately 70 nautical square miles (240 km²) of adjacent Atlantic Ocean waters. It was the first underwater park in the United States. The primary attractions of the park are the coral reefs (such as Molasses Reef) and their associated marine life which is located right off the backyard of Southern Diversion.

Summary: The pictures do not do this house justice. It is gorgeous. The water views from every room can’t be beat. There was plenty of space for 14 of us, though I wished it would have had one more adult bedroom. There are bunk beds in what is the closet of one of the bedrooms that was odd. But we made it work. Though it’s on a busy street, it’s at the end and felt very quiet and private. We enjoyed the heated pool and the large kitchen the most. It was pristine and beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!

Summary: A stunning location and fantastic views. Great time had a the Buzzards Roost down the road. The house was spaceous, comfortable and perfect for our requirements (7 adults and 2 kids). There were only 4 loungers when we arrived, but as soon as we contacted John he dealt with it straight away.

Summary: The house is uniquely placed in a business area which was odd at first glance for us, but the location grew on us during the week. Everyone loved the giant iguana’s that live on the property in the wild, they were daily entertainment. We also saw a family of Manatee right behind the house maybe 20 yards off shore. The house has great views from every room and is close to any amenities you need, including 2 restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: One person had to spend the first full day waiting for two different repairmen. The main refrigerator needed a part and many carryouts were spoiled. Our large group had to use a small refrigerator located on a level different from the kitchen. Several slats in one of the top bunkbeds were broken making it unusable. Several of the patio chairs had broken slats. Our group is made upon slender people and the slats were all broken when we arrived.

Summary: We enjoyed our Christmas time this year at this beautiful location. We were disappointed in the FL weather which is unpredictable as anywhere Our main disappointment was that the heater in the pool was not functioning. One of the top requests from our party of 17…Water access not knowing what the weather would be like Pat W

Summary: Excellent from the time you walk into the house until the time to check out. Pictures do not so it justice. The house is beautiful and the views of the water are spectacular! Our family had such a great time. We will definitely be back. We highly recommend it.

Summary: The property is spacious and comfortable. The street has a number of commercial enterprises but we enjoyed being an easy walk from two good restaurants and the property itself is very private. We enjoyed watching the boats go by, many birds soaring across our expansive ocean view and the family of iguanas that made a daily showing in the large sand play area with hammock. We were a three generation group of eleven and we all had a great time, lots of it spent in and around the pool The refrigerator lost its steam on our last day and Joe, the property manager, had repair people right there to take care of it. It was a lovely, carefree vacation.

Summary: Overall the house was great to gather a large group. The bedding is not quite how we thought. Was not a deal breaker for my family. There are 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 bunk room (4beds) and the master has 1 king bed with a trundle bed plus the closet is used a bunk room (2 beds). It’s best for families or 4 couples due to the bed configuration. Location is great. There is bit of activity at the north end of the property since there is a small public beach. It was never annoying. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Joe the property manager was very helpful and attentive as needed.
