Summary: Sean was great to deal with. Very clean and comfortable bed, bathroom, living area. Kitchen could use a little work but was well stocked. The outdoor porch is lovley but there was only a small chaise lounge and rusty little table- the bigger table and chairs were comfortable. The outdoor rug really needs to be replaced as it smelled of old dog urine. Sea Girt is lovely- the beach is also great. Rule of "NO FOOD ON THE BEACH" is a bit strange- but we will definitely come back.

Summary: Very much appreciated the easy, effective entry into the inn and the suite, all of which was explained clearly in the listing. Loved the location, cleanliness, availability of kitchen appliances, pots, pans, etc. ( maybe add a portable hand mixer for baking). Grateful to Sean for being so accommodating and accessible during our stay. We would stay in the Royal Suite again. Thank you, Sean!

Summary: This place was so charming from the welcoming front porch and sitting room both with ocean front views to the spacious suite and the beautiful landscaping. I highly recommend this place if you ever need a quaint place to stay in the shore area.
