Construction Discount! Pool will be closed through the end of Summer 2025. No exact date.
Beach access is available from our patio to the building’s private gate/staircase access, or on the south end of the building. The access ramp has been completely rebuilt.
Our building is in it’s final phase of outside renovation. This will continue through the end of the Summer. After June 11th the construction will move to the south end and we can open our balcony.
The final phase is on the ocean side. Our balcony is now available; however, construction noise will occur from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The pool will be CLOSED through Summer 2025. Construction will be completed by October.
After these several months, our building will be completely refurbished on the exterior. A new steel seawall, pool, patio, and street-side exterior have already been completed.

This fully remodeled, perfectly appointed, light and bright 3 bedroom/3 bath condo can accommodate 8 guests. Located on the first floor by a private residence, this condo is easily accessible.
This gorgeous condo has been recently renovated and painted throughout. It features an upgraded kitchen with new cupboards, granite countertops, and appliances. Modern flooring, lighting, bathrooms, and furnishings throughout the condo. Washer and dryer located inside the unit.
The convenient location allows you to enjoy the best Daytona Beach and Orlando has to offer. For the enjoyment of our family and guests, we kindly ask that you respect our request for no smoking of any kind inside the unit and no pets.
Being steps from the beach affords you the amazing sights and sounds of the ocean from the kitchen, family room, dining room, and master bedroom through the wall of windows facing the ocean. The master suite has a king bed, private bath w/ shower & tub, large closet, 2nd vanity with sink in the dressing area, and sliding full glass doors that allows access to the balcony where you can enjoy the panoramic ocean views. The second bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a door into the full bathroom in the hall. The dining room also features access to the balcony.
The White Surf condominium building is well maintained by friendly staff and offers plenty of amenities for your stay. There is an exercise room, reading room, sauna, party room, tennis court with basketball hoop and pickleball, and game room with new air hockey and foosball tables.
We have one reserved parking spot in the parking garage and the outside parking is first-come, first-serve. Trailers are not allowed to be parked on the premises. Ask about offsite trailer parking.

Summary: We make this trip together every year and this property is beautiful, from cleanliness to amenities they have you covered. The location is right on the beach for morning or late night walks, absolutely breathtaking. As soon as I get the dates for next year I will be looking for this again, praying the weather this year treats Daytona good! Thank you so much for making our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible while we were rocking out all day at Daytona Speedway!

Summary: Our family, consisting of 4 adults and 2 grandchildren, stayed for 9 nights in this wonderful condo. It was much larger than I expected and very clean, which is high on my priority list. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to cook actual meals. The microwave was not working so I messaged the property manager and she responded immediately! There is construction in progress so the pool was closed most of our stay and the beach access was blocked. This really wasn’t a problem because there is a public access next door. Our stay was wonderful! We hope to return after the renovations are completed.

Summary: This was a very fun, restful & special time with our family. The only drawback was not being able to get out from the patio which was very understandable! We understand this will be completed during the winter months & the reason we have already booked it for next year during this same week! Enjoyed our week very much!

Summary: Only a few minutes south from the main daytona area but much more peaceful and quiet. The view of the beach is awesome. Would definitely stay here again if we visit the area.

Summary: You never know what to expect when staying somewhere for the first time. Sometimes pictures can be deceiving. This was certainly not the case here. We were in town for 5 days for the NCA National Competition. The pool is so close to be completed. Parking was an issue each night, as the contractors are taking up spaces and the garage was not tall enough to accommodate our vehicles, but we made parking spots, and the lady at the front desk was always so understanding. The layout of the condo is perfect. Some things were supplied/left from previous guests. We didn’t cook during our stay, but it looked like anything and everything you would need was available. The first floor view was amazing. The only thing that could’ve made it any better is if we were allowed to bring our dog, but we respect the no pets policy. I’m a germaphobe, and everything was clean! If we’re ever back in Daytona, I’ll certainly attempt to book this condo before looking elsewhere.
