2 Bedroom Condo in Yellow Point, Ladysmith

The unit is ground level and one storey, making it ideal for anyone with accessibility considerations (speak to property manager about this).
Bedroom 1 has a lovely view of the ocean, comfortable king size bed, and en-suite 4 piece bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a lovely view of the pool, hot tub, and ocean glimpses, queen size Murphy Bed, and a connecting door to the main 4 piece bathroom. There is a TV and DVD player in this bedroom with free cable and of course free WIFI.
There are 2 single sleeping mattresses for extra guests available. Perfect for little ones and surprisingly comfortable.
The Kitchen is nicely appointed with stainless steel appliances - including a Dishwasher, Microwave, Glass Cooktop, Oven, and Fridge with attached Freezer. You will be pleased to find a huge selection of dishes, cookware, utensils, cutlery and storage containers. There is a Pod coffee maker - with several pods left for you until you have time to purchase more - that can accommodate your favourite ground coffee with the extra filter. Double sinks, granite counter tops, pot lights and under counter lighting make the kitchen a dream. The bar height dining table seats 4, and there are 2 extra seats at the counter top.
The living space is comfortable in its traditional style of leather recliners and arm chairs. There is a TV with free Cable and free WIFI.
Towels and Bedding are provided, mid week housekeeping is available at an extra charge (speak to your Property Manager), coin operated laundry is available on the property (loonies only - 3 of each for wash and dry) if you wish to look after that on your own.

Summary: Our stay in November was delightful!! Beautiful view day and night and sea bird viewing. We knew the weather would be unpredictable and our attentive hosts on site were available when needed, especially during an unusual power outage. We will continue to recommend this hidden gem of a family friendly place.

Summary: I want to say it was horrible and keep it as my own little hideaway but that’s not cool! Really enjoyed our weekend and as others note Denise is a great host! Definitely cannot beat the view and if you are okay with the energy of the pool and hot tub (wasn’t too bad but could see summer being pretty active) then you’ll love it too! Already planning for my next time.
