Summary: Very clean, great communication about building policies, check in/out. Quiet area. We didn’t use the kitchen b/c it was a short trip, but seemed very nice. Loved the beach chairs, beach towels. Lots of extras- make up remover wipes, laundry detergent, paper cups, etc.

Summary: Had a fabulous time at the condo. Was spotless at check in. Elizabeth is very thorough with the check in process, made it super easy; even with our very late arrival. Condo has everything you could want, including beautiful pool and access to beachfront. Will definitely be returning to this condo on our next visit to Ormond Beach!

Summary: The property was absolutely spotless, and every detail felt carefully and lovingly thought out. Don’t let the older kitchen cabinets fool you — every appliance is top-of-the-line, and each drawer and cabinet is perfectly organized. You can truly feel the care that’s been put into making guests feel at home. This is, without a doubt, one of the most thoughtful vacation properties I’ve ever stayed in, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Summary: My son and I booked this property to attend the Rockville event and it was a great choice. It was very well appointed, Check in and out instructions were clear and concise, the host kept in communication throughout, and the beach was lovely, although we didn’t spend a lot of time there. We would definitely stay again.
