Summary: This property was as advertised, nicely situated away from the bustle of Northern Cocoa Beach, but not too far away. Great beach access and plenty of space to spread out within the house. Would book again.

Summary: This property was the perfect location for our family and the friends that stayed with us. The proximity to the beach was the best aspect of this rental (you can’t beat walking off of the deck directly onto the beach to watch a rocket launch just before sunrise), but the accommodations worked well for us also - we found there was plenty of space for the 9 people staying in the house to fully relax and enjoy the week. The property manager was very responsive and also was eager to provide suggestions on things to do in the area.

Summary: Outstanding value for our family of ten. One of our daughters got engaged on the beach ! Elon helped out by shooting off a rocket which we watched from the back deck. Felt like a real home for us. Great beach with decent sized waves all week. Disney Star Wars one day and Kennedy Space Center on another .We will be back !

Summary: The house was good. Plenty towels and toys for the kids. Good location and nice area. A lot of accommodations for you to feel home. BUT one thing i didnt like was the cleaning.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is right on the beach, which was fantastic. It’s a quiet stretch of beach so we were able to enjoy our family time without tons of people everywhere. The taco place next door was great!! The only things: the stairs inside the house and from the porch to the path to the beach are extremely steep. Not for anyone with mobility concerns. The stairs to the beach could use a rail to increase safety. I also read on this site that there were beach chairs at the house available to use. Unfortunately, all but 2 were broken. We ended up having to purchase chairs locally, which was frustrating since we could have brought our chairs from home. Would recommend reaching out to management company prior to arrival to confirm what is actually there. The house has been well used and some bed linens were frayed and really should not have been placed on beds for guests. There were extra sheets so we were able to swap them out. Much of the beach toys were broken and the bin that held them had beer cans mixed in with them. We didn’t love our 5 year old grabbing smashed beer cans. We also had the feeling that the cleaning staff did not do the best job cleaning prior to our arrival. We ended up wiping down kitchens and bathrooms prior to use. Overall this is a fabulous location and we had a blast!

Summary: Don’t be fooled! The pictures and description of this property do NOT do it justice! It was INCREDIBLE! It was a HUGE space that made traveling with 4 giant teenagers a pleasure! The property needs a bit of updating (deck, lighting in kitchen area, bedding), but if we ever stay in Cocoa Beach again, this property would be my first choice! The cleanliness was not quite up to par, and I was very disappointed not being able to use the jacuzzi tub, but considering the size of the space, turnaround must be a enormous job! We had a hiccup with the power (power company problem), but as soon as I contacted the manager, it was quickly fixed! We were all incredibly happy during our stay and plan to return!
