GREAT LOCATION
• The condo is quiet, way back from the road and facing the sea, and is centrally located to the best Cayman has to offer. Towards George Town is Seven Mile Beach, Stingray City tours and tons of great diving. Just two minutes down the road is Spotts Beach, famous for its wild sea turtles. Go North to explore the beautiful Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Gardens, see the bright red and orange starfish in the shallows of Starfish Point, and enjoy a yummy mudslide at Kaibo. East End is a beautiful drive including the famous blowholes, scuba diving, and Over The Edge for a delicious breakfast right on the blue-green Caribbean water.

SPECTACULAR VIEWS
• There are spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea from both bedrooms, the dining area, porch and living room. A pool is steps from the condo for sunbathing and swimming, one of five pools on the property. A wooden boardwalk on the property borders the ocean with an absolutely gorgeous 180 degree view of the sea. The boardwalk also features a cabana for eating dinner and sipping sunset cocktails. Listen to the relaxing sounds of the waves as you fall asleep and wake up in paradise.
LIGHT & AIRY BEDROOMS
• The bedrooms are upstairs and both have an incredible view of the Caribbean Sea. The master bedroom is large with a king bed. It includes a comfy, oversized reading chair that looks out at the water. The en suite bathroom has been newly renovated and includes a luxurious rain shower head and marble-topped vanity. A modern design barn door slides open to reveal the master closet. The second bedroom also has an stunning view of the water and features a queen bed. A second bathroom with bathtub is off this room. You’ll be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean in both rooms.
WIFI, A/C, WASHER & DRYER
• WiFi & air-conditioning is throughout the unit. We find most people prefer their personal devices but there's a TV downstairs for those who would rather relax on the comfy couches and oversize chair. A washer and dryer for guest use is conveniently located upstairs.
KITCHEN, DINING, PORCH
• Cook your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy dinner in the dining area with a view of the sea. Sip coffee and tropical drinks on your private patio. Or step out to the pool and swim under the palm trees.

• The beautiful condo is just minutes from Seven Mile Beach, Spotts Beach and Smith Cove. Stay close to Seven Mile Beach without paying Seven Mile prices! Summary: This was the perfect location as it was between both the tourist west end with 7 mile beach including shopping and the east including Star Fish point. The condo was nice and clean, and Donald was a total peach! He immediately responded to all my questions that I had, regardless of how many I asked. He gave me extra help with local stores carrying items I needed and great places to eat. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items including a blender, steamer, toaster, a nice sized coffee pot and a wide variety of utensils. I felt very safe on the condo grounds day and night as there was a security guard walking rounds. After checking other hotels and various types of accommodations on the island we were very pleased with our selection as this price point was well below most other locations. It was a perfect fit for our needs. I would definitely stay again.

Summary: Property is very close to Spotts beach and a short drive from Georgetown. Great property and in between beach visits the pool was available. The pool outside the property was closed but there were 4 other pools a short walk away. Once the kids went to bed at night we were able to sit on the back patio and just listen to the waves. I would stay at this property again!

Summary: We chose this property for the location and value price. It was the right size for our family of 3. It was centrally located for our adventures planned on the island. We also wanted to ensure it was quiet, since some reviews we read spoke about street traffic and overall noise. We didn't spend much time at the pool but saw maybe 1 or 2 other people for short periods, but most of the time you would have it all to yourself if you wanted to spend time poolside. The tranquility of the boardwalk along the ocean was lovely, we loved to go out in the morning and watch the blow hole. One morning we had a rainbow! The property had everything we needed, including beach chairs and an umbrella. We rented a car and traveled to all the beaches Cayman has to offer. Lots of snorkeling, and Spotts Beach with the turtles is right up the street. We also wanted a property with a fitness center, it was small but well equip and again we only saw 1 other person while there, who we had a great chat with and learned more about Cayman! Host easily communicated with few questions we had from the time we booked to the week while we were there, was helpful with recommendations when we inquired. Never needed to call the property manager who we also had access to. Keyless entry was easy and enabled us a couple hours earlier than normal check in time since it was ready. Enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and adventures to all the beaches around Cayman. The condo is clean and quiet. The pool was great. Our favorite activities were the snorkle tour and just exploring the reefs from shore with the kids. Don’t hesitate to stay here if you get the chance! Thanks for everything!
