Penthouse floor middle unit of only 3 units on the floor. Beautiful ocean views , turtle glass on all windows and sliders. Screened in patio. Communal pool /covered cabana and grill for guests. One garage parking and more in lot. Plenty of beach accessories.. chairs, blow up paddle boards etcs. Publix 3 miles away. Very private area and beach. Special rate for 2 months or longer stays. Please contact me if you need less than the 30 days we can sometimes accommodate.

Summary: Great location. Pool was heated and we enjoyed it every day. Access to the ocean was perfect. We walked the beach every morning. Darlene was very responsive to any questions we had. Beds were very comfortable.

Summary: Owners were fantastic. When we arrived, we found two bottles of wine, chocolates and tea waiting for us. They met us at checkin and showed us around. The condo was well furnished and clean, A couple of times when we had an issue, they were right there to resolve it. We were very happy with the overall experience and we would rent here again

Summary: Best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had. All new furniture was very comfy/cozy. Large screen TV, spectacular ocean views from balcony - watched dolphins and rocket launches! Friendly neighbors and fantastic hosts! Great communications.
