Positive: Everything you couple possibly need was available, not to mention color coordinated! Super cozy, comfortable condo. Loved our time there. The view was lovely, a short walk to the USS Lexington and Texas Aquarium.
Negative: Be prepared for stairs, no available elevator at that time. Not a deal breaker for us, free stair climbing is a bonus right? ;) The building next door is being renovated and the beach gate was closed, would have been more convenient to be open, but again not a deal breaker to walk a little extra to next gate.
Summary: Cozy, comfortable, inviting condo with a plethora of amenities.

Negative: The description said ""property requires stairs to access the entrance", I thought a few stairs, when in reality it was two flights of stairs! There were two pools at the complex, but the one by our unit was closed. we had to go to the other unit to use a pool and since it was the only one, it was crowded and quite dirty.
Summary: Location was great, condo was nice, but beware, its up two flights of stairs!

Positive: The condo itself was perfect! It literally has everything you need to enjoy a nice day on the beach. Only thing that you need to add is food! The view of the gulf is stunning! you can watch the boats go in and out. This place is worth the money overall.
Negative: The elevator is broken and the gym facilities were not available. That is one of the main reasons we picked this place is that it had a gym. my husband went to a local gym and got a day pass because of it. And it’s on the third floor. It was fine for us but if you have an issue with stairs I’d confirm that they’ve fixed the elevator before booking. We spoke with local residents who stated the elevator had been down for months. They were doing construction on the property so maybe they will fix that as well. Last thing is the beach had an unreal amount of jellyfish on it. we stood in one spot and counted at least 10 that had washed on shore. The sand wasn’t that great either. lots of rocks and shells. It’s still beautiful to sit at though. Better beaches on the island which is a 30 minute drive. Well worth it.
