Summary: It may have been the timing (mid-Aug), but there were only several other people on the beach when we went. It was like we had the beach to ourselves! This is a nice place to stay with kids. The garage had umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys!

Was NOT advised it was not workingBalcony doors so difficult can hardly open,need to be replaced. Blinds been there since they were built and many slats missing. Fan in master bath 202 not work at all. Faucet in 201 kitchen falling apart.

For example, the shower outside is rusty and has a big hole and it throws the water in a different direction. The swimming pool is very small dirty and in the back of the building far from the Ocean view. Inside the apartment, it seem to be renovated however there are problems there too. For example, the small shower is missing the glass panel and they substituted it with a very dirty curtain instead and in the other shower, the glass panel comes off easily because it's missing it's anchor, which makes it a very hazardous thing, especially if you have kids. another safety hazard is the exposed electric outlet on the balcony The balcony blinds were all damaged and needs to be replaced. Windows were very hard to open and use effectively. The management service would not let you check in early or check out late. We have to wait until 4 PM to check in. We have to leave by 10 AM in the morning. It's distance from the Coco beach pier is about 6 mile and a half which is a long way drive.With all of this problems, we had a wonderful time there where the kids enjoyed the stay and the ocean view. The garage is full of beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs, and we felt quiet at home.
