Breathe in the salt air as you watch the sun rise over Narragansett Bay while listening to the magical sounds of the surf below. Choose your viewpoint from either the first level spacious deck, or the second floor balcony. Natural light bathes the inside of this modern-style beach house with granite countertops, hardwood floors and an open floor plan. Conveniently located just a short walk to Chair 5, Spain Restaurant, Iggy's Doughboy and Chowder House, Aunt Carrie's Restaurant and Ice Cream and other local favorites. Minutes to Sand Hill Cove Beach and Scarborough Beach or enjoy some surfing at the nearby beach alcove.
Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis . If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet and an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Summary: The location & views were amazing. The sounds of the waves crashing right below the house was so soothing. Great views of the Point Judith Lighthouse & beautiful sunrise everyday. The house is on a quiet street but just a few steps away from several restaurants. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus for us. I’ve rented a number of houses in the area over the years so I know what to expect from a beach rental. Inside was comfortable, the AC worked great, the kitchen had all of the basics. I’d say that the exterior of the home definitely needs some TLC. The deck is in rough shape & there’s a picnic table set up to the side of the deck. A simple flat patio would be a good alternative. I’d also consider replacing and adding screens to windows/doors so you can open up & take advantage of the cross breeze & cut back on AC use. We texted the mgt company, Lila Delman, on the day after we checked in which was a Sunday to let them know that the umbrella for the picnic table was torn up and unusable and there was a large tear in the screen slider to the deck. They texted back immediately. A new umbrella & stand was delivered on Tues and they did a temporary patch on the door. Overall it was a fantastic week & I would definitely stay again.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this airy and cozy cottage. Can't beat having the ocean in your back yard. We enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon and evening drinks on the roomy deck. The large grill was perfect for our 4th of July get together. The views are unmatched. Enjoyed seeing the birds and the sailboats throughout the day. Just a great spot whether you are relaxing for the week or stepping out to enjoy what the area has to offer. M & T
