This is a private oceanfront house with fabulous views. It's a new home completed in May, 2018. Located in the best walking neighborhood on LBI in north Surf City. Park your car for the week and enjoy the beach, restaurants and shopping on foot.
Six bedrooms, three outdoor decks plus a roof deck, a huge dining room + kitchen that can seat up to 18 people together for meals, and much, much more.
House has flat screen TV’s throughout, high speed Internet and a hot tub on the lower deck (cleaned / sanitized weekly).
Outdoor tables with chairs and chaise lounges, boogie & skim boards, umbrella and beach chairs. Six beach badges provided. Natural gas Weber BBQ.
Gourmet Wolf / Sub Zero kitchen and all new appliances. Kitchen has new pots, dishes and utensils - everything you'll need for great meals for the entire vacation. Includes a 4-stop elevator, garage with two parking spots plus additional off street parking in the driveway for two more cars.
New furniture and beds throughout the house. Pillows, comforters / blankets are provided, the Linen service provides sheets, pillowcases and towels. There are two washer / dryer laundry stacks and central air and heat.
This oceanfront house with great decks overlooks the dunes, the beach and the bay. Watch beautiful sunsets from the roof deck. With an easy walk to restaurants, ice cream parlors, mini-golf, coffee, bakery, pizza, deli, grocery, sports bar and more, you are sure to have a memorable Jersey shore vacation.

Summary: This is a great beach front property, fantastic views of the ocean and such beautiful house built with attention to every detail! Glenn is a great host that took care of everything we needed. Although the weather was not great we had a wonderful time!. We will definitely go back again! I would recommend this house to anyone that would like to visit the shore and have good time with family and friends!

Summary: Perfect location. Walking distance to all conveniences; Grocers, fish monger, butcher, liquor store and well rated restaurants. Easy access to beach and high dune location with excellent views down the beach.
