Positive: This property was very comfortable and roomy. The views from the master were amazing. Overall the unit itself was amazing!

Negative: The building was a bit hard to navigate at first and the parking garage was impossible. Also the long term residents here mostly all proved to not enjoy the presence of tourists. With the exception of two people all the others my family encountered were very unwelcoming and plain rude.

Positive: Beautiful view, spacious and affordable, quiet area to vacation at.

Negative: No staff at front desk when we arrived and never meant or saw any staff, except for the gentleman that came to do annual bug spraying.

Summary: We enjoyed our time together at the property. We loved being at the beach and felt comfortable with our apartment.

Positive: The view is beautiful, the pool was heated while we were there, and the beach access couldn't be any closer! The garage for the unit is very convenient too, especially with the luggage and grocery carts available to be used.

Negative: The washer was broken the morning of our stay and didn't get replaced until the day we checked out. (We were offered reimbursement for a laundromat to remedy the issue but it was beyond their control further than that).

Summary: Beautiful view, fantastic amenities and friendly staff!
