This exclusive oceanfront home is found on one of the most scenic roads in Victoria. This beautiful retreat has a three quarter acre garden that is maintained the year around. It is a 2200 square foot three-bedroom/two bathroom home with kitchen, dining room, living room den and two working fireplaces. It is close to all amenities as well as to the university. There is ever-changing scenery in the bay with sailboat racing, kayaking and wildlife.
We have increased all cleaning standards and protocols as per CDC Covid-19 guidelines. This property will be cleaned, disinfected and sanitized thoroughly in preparation for your arrival.

Summary: Stunning home with the most gorgeous views! The neighbourhood is quiet and beautifully private, nestled in nature. Great for walking to the beach, watching sailing, stopping in at the cutest coffee shop , a fresh grocer market and pharmacy and some shops. The home could use a better cleaning company as it was obvious it had not been deep cleaned in some time which is a shame because a home like this deserves the attention to detail to be maintained! The management company was good about it, brought a new shower curtain and front door mat and listened to concerns so they can address the issue with their cleaning company. Overall we were very happy and absolutely recommend!
