Positive: Location and felt very connected to the beach. Great pool. Liked the gym. Liked lots of eating options nearby. Clothes Washer and drier in unit was handy.

Negative: Not much not to like. Paid coffee capsules was a bit odd. Hotel may like to consider making those free. We were on one of the lower floors. Street cleaner noise early hours may bother some people.
