This 3 storey Whitianga holiday apartment offers ample room for up to 8 guests, with 2 living areas and 2 decks for a fantastic holiday set up! Each of the living areas is situated on the middle floor, at either end of the modern kitchen and dining. Both living areas lead onto decking for dining al fresco!
On the third level, bedroom 1 is fitted with a king bed, bedroom 2 is fitted a queen bed, and bedroom 3 is fitted with 2 single beds. A bathroom completes the top floor. On the ground floor, bedroom 4 is fitted with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Summary: All good in general. Cleaning could have been better but maybe it was bad luck. Good location

Summary: We had a great experience renting this property. It has 3 floors so you have to consider it if your party includes seniors. HOWEVER the apartment has one bedroom at the entrance level with own bathroom, which was very convenient for our grandpa to use it. The second floor has a dining room, with integrated kitchen as well as living room with a terrace including table for 6 and a BBQ. Third floor has 3 bedrooms sharing one bathroom. The apt has also a garage. Our host Kirstin was always available and very responsive through text messages. The building has a swimming pool, tennis court and it is short walking distance from Beach, wharf and main shops and cafes. Whitianga is also a great place to use as a base for visiting others like Hahei beach, Hot Water Beach, , cooks beach etc. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Enjoyed the stay, just a couple of niggly things that let it down. First seven of us, three families one key, quickly resolved but I got the general impression that there was only one key usually made available. Second some of the crockery and cutlery was (hate to say it) disgustingly dirty, which when reported was acknowledged with a sorry, (I would have thought that the cleaners would have come out to clean them properly). Also on top of the microwave and extractor hood was filthy, I dont think its been cleaned for a while. There was also lolly wrappers down the side of one of the chest of drawers in the bottom bedroom. One of the selling points is that it has a cleaning service (which you pay for) so you dont have to worry about it, I think a better inspection after the cleaners have finished would not go amiss. Also and a really minor point, no dishcloth, which was a bit of a pain in the neck as we did not need it untill late on and it was too late to go and buy one. Overall though we enjoyed our stay, its in a great place, easy to access lost springs, five mins walk into town and reasonably quiet (bit of noise but hey, people are on holiday). Would I recommend it, probably but would advise people about the cleanliness

Summary: an awesome place to stay, cosy and central with absolutely everything we needed and more. Just thru the back gate and we were at the Lost Springs Spa. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: The apartment was generally good, very spacious and well positioned for the beach and town center also it was nice to find one with a dishwasher. One double bed was good the others were mediocre with little between the springs and your body. The meet and greet did not run to plan. We emailed two days before to confirm our arrival time and we telephoned one hour before arrival to confirm this but there was no one to meet us at the appointed time.
