Positive: View!!! Comfortable except the room with the full bed, very low, very hard.
Negative: The View was Awesome!! No dishwasher soap, contacted them, they text back 'Did you look under the sink' Really!!! Please don't assume people are stupid. A few ants in upstairs bathrooms. Put the toothbrush & paste in the bedroom helped. Still a few. The kitchen sponge was horrible. Used a wash rag from the bathroom and a towel to set dishes on after washing. Kitchen towels not great, thin, did not absorb. Would stay here again!!

Positive: All of it to the soaking tub ypstairs, the interesting master bedroom with those incredible windows facing the sea! Plus some unexpectedly REALLY comfy furniture especially the couch! And having all the dishes was really awesome!! Looking forward to our next stay!!
Negative: Little dusty on the vents, thought the shower smelt a little *musky* (plus whats with the water pressure?) and fireplace instructions unclear! Nothing too major or "trip ruining" as everything else is incredible. . Though we thought the spot for the hot tub outside was a little weird, we didn't use it though.

Positive: Beautiful home on the beach with excellent views. Cozy, tucked away beautiful gem. Still very close to town
Negative: None of the outdoor lights worked, except for the porch light but didn't light all too well. The hot tub is off to the side of the house in the dark

Positive: We liked the layout of the house.
Negative: There were not enough supplies (e.g. one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in the kitchen). Only one dish towel in the entire house! Towels were difficult to find. Some were in the dryer, some in the master closet. Few were found in the bathrooms. One major disappointment was that the hot tub never really got hot.
Summary: Our stay began with frustration, but improved.

Negative: Terribly under-stocked- esp in the kitchen & towels. Many lights were not working. Carpet on stars was absolutely filthy as was the master shower.
