Positive: The location over looking the ocean from high atop a hill, binoculars in all the locations where someone might want to do gazing, a telescope, lots of natural light, especially in the loft room, a kitchen with Fiesta Ware rather than Ikea dishes, a comfortable, homey atmosphere.
Negative: An automatic coffee pot that makes a good tasting brew ( we ended up using a French Press instead). There was a door handle that needed to be fixed out to the main floor deck, however with two doors out to the deck, it was manageable. I'm sure that will be addressed. Maintenance appears adequate.
Summary: A lovely time with daughters and granddaughters crafting ( quilting, painting) a beach nearbye.

Positive: Outstanding views, great value for money, well-appointed house with great book selections. Loved that there was a washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable, and the wood-burning stove was a perfect addition. There was ample, comfortable space for everyone. It felt like we were in the most luxurious treehouse!
Negative: A dishwasher would have made our stay easier, and the TV/DVD player didn't work.

Positive: Beautiful home, beautiful location, beautiful view! Spacious and inviting.
Negative: The cleanliness was very poor and several things were not working like stores would not lock and doors would not open. For the amount of money that we spent on a two day stay you would think you would get at least the bare essentials of cleanliness. My mother was head of housekeeping at a hospital and my niece was a Vacasa housekeeper. She was trained by them. This is a Vacasa Home and we all three were appalled at the cleanliness.
Summary: It was nice but I think I would like to see properties before I book them especially if you are paying over $700 for two
