Positive: I was worried about the instructions for accessing the apartment would only be given to me the day before. My husband and I are from the UK and had picked up a rental car two weeks prior to the booking and had travelled from Washington dc, having 4 other stops before we arrived at the keys. The night before. I checked my vacassa account and everything was there ready for us. This apartment is really lovely and has everything you could need when you are on vacation. the washing machine, dryer and the dishwasher were very welcome and the whole apartment is nice and clean. Plenty of towels and starter toiletries. Lots of kitchen equipment and plenty of crockery and cutlery. There was only two of us but it would easily accommodate 4 or more. Both bedrooms are roomy and had plenty of storage.
Negative: We can't really grumble abut anything but here are a few suggestions. The shower head in the master bath really has a very poor pressure behind it. A power shower would be a great addition. The lamp to the right hand side of the master bed goes into disco mode every now and again. We tried changing the bulb, relocating to another power outlet but it still does it. It will behave for a while then starts going mad. The master bed is very high. My husband is 6ft 5" and he had to jump up to get in and I'm 5ft 8" and I had to use the small stool that was in the cupboard. The apartment is great, the pool and surrounding area is lovely BUT!!! OMG go there on a Friday afternoon or anytime Sat/Sun and you will find the population has swelled with lots of family's arriving. They take in all their food and drink which is consumed around the pool, apparently it ok for them to take drinks in the pool and worst of all every family take their own flavour of salsa or hip hop music and play it so everyone can hear it. This is in competition with the speaker that is playing from the pool bar, which is closed but the music is put on each day This is all against the pool rules but we saw no evidence on anyone from management checking. To be honest on our second weekend a very large party turned up with a a large disco speaker and sat right next to us we found it so intimidating that we left and as we did, they immediately dragged our loungers across to the three tables and loungers they had already got. We tried twice to talk to what we thought were staff on their golf buggies and they just didn't want to know. In their defence I wouldn't want to tackle these people either. we tried ringing the number that is provided on our copy of the pool rules but got no answer. so if your staying here, book your trips out on the weekends.
Summary: Lovely stay, only spoilt by the incredibly inconsiderate people that pack the pool out at weekends

Negative: Freezer door was broke. Safe for guests was locked so could not use. Host did not fix either. They did replace the moldy shower curtain after 3 phone calls.
