Summary: Great stay in a convenient location. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping. I stayed here during a contract with the hospital. Easy walk if you don’t have car. My only complaint is the noise from other rentals above can make it quite loud. So if you are a light sleeper or working night shift like I do it can be difficult.

Summary: The property was exactly as described and pictured. The owner was very responsive to any communication or questions. I would stay here again and again. It is a convenient walk to the necessities as well as the bus route, which is very user friendly. I used the bus route to get all over town for a month. If you're willing to walk 25 or so minutes, you can get to the recreation center with an indoor pool, track, weight room, fitness classes, etc. A 5 minute walk up hill will get you to the "Ranbird trail" for some easy trail walking with but beautiful views.

Summary: I found the apartment to be excellent for my stay in Ketchikan. It was warm and inviting and the owner was very helpful. I would stay here again in the future.

Summary: This place was great. Wonderful location, easy to walk to town and a grocery store across the way. It was clean and had all the basic necessities. The owner was one of two who replied to many requests I made in Ketchikan and she was very kind and easy to work with. The view is incredible, I just wish the windows were bigger. I will book this place again.
