Positive: Beautiful view and close to restaurants -short drive or walk. Caretaker was helpful.anything we asked for he provided and helped us with suitcases. Good laundry facilities. Beautiful garden surrounding property which is close to ocean.Secure parking. Owner guided us to property.
Negative: On 2nd floor by steps only.we were not told about steps before our stay even tho we asked ahead of time. Different from advertising which stated separate living area, however all one room
