Positive: I loved the location. It was quiet and peaceful. We were about an hour away from San Juan, which created a perfect environment to relax and unwind.

Negative: We ran out of toilet paper on the first day and the manager said that he'd get back to us. He never did. This was the only problem we had during our stay.

Positive: I liked the style of the home, the view from both balconies, and the response of the owner. He responded in a timely manner when I didn't receive the email with the instructions. The beach was 5 minutes away, which surprised us due to the unnerving drive. The pool was clean. The security was helpful.

Negative: I hated the drive to the location. It was around steep mountain cliffs. We Definitely needed to know this and to expect to use toll roads. You must use toll roads or it takes you to the top of a mountain and through scary back routes. The unit was clean and nice but had ants. I saw about 5 small roaches. The whirlpool tub didn't work. We ran a bath in the tub and black particles came out of the pipes, so that should be maintenance more. The unit is at the tip top of the hill in the complex, so walking to the pool is a bit of work with kids.

Summary: I wouldnt stay again based on the location but it was definitely a beautiful place.
