Located right across the road from the beach, you'll be in holiday mode the minute you arrive. You have the entire house to yourself, amazing views, and a fully fenced full section for the kids to run and play.
This is a hot holiday destination for families and friends alike looking for the ultimate beach pad.
This spacious beachfront home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, split over two levels, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests.

The open plan living, kitchen and dining areas are located on the upper level. There is a lift as well as a staircase for ease of access.
Enjoy spectacular views from the living, kitchen and dining rooms, which open on to a beachfront patio complete with BBQ - just perfect for summer alfresco dining.
For those needing to stay connected there is complimentary WIFI and Freeview TV. Heating is no issue in winter, with a heat pump in the living room and heaters in each bedroom. There's plenty of off street parking and fresh commercial linen is provided for your stay.
Shopping centres, food outlets, restaurants and bars are all within a 2 minute drive. And of course the main attraction of Papamoa Beach is within walking distance, just across the road.
We will be available to answer any questions you may have throughout your stay.
Papamoa is a friendly beach community with a mix of permanent residents and travellers. The house is located in a quiet residential street so parties and events are not allowed.
Food outlets, restaurants and shopping centres are all within walking distance to the property.
Uber is also available in the area.
We have a strict no party policy, and quiet hours are 10pm-7am.

Summary: a great spot with easy access to beach, Papamoa shops and a short bus ride or drive to the Mount. Kitchen was well appointed but could use a bit more crockery and pots and pans for cooking to suit six including 2 hungry teens. And the tech to make the TV work to full potential was a bit beyond my expertise. But overall a great experience and greatly enjoyed. Highly recommend.
