Summary: The property was eazy to find, in a great location with nice amenities. The house was very clean and had more space then what the pictures show. Overall great experience. Would definitely stay again

Summary: We had a great stay! The location is on a busy street so the cars going by are a bit loud but it didn't bother us much at all. The pool is perfect size and just a short walk to the community pool.

Summary: The property was as listed. However, if you like the quiet, you may want to skip this place. The street just behind the unit is heavily traveled and loud. We were woke up multiple times during our stay around 6:00 AM and it went through out the day. Also, sitting outside on the deck and trying to have a conversation was difficult.The listing is accurate, clean and very spacious. The noise is a deal breaker for us and we won't rent this particular unit again, the price seems high as well given the noise issue. The management company was attentive, but did not fix the pool cover until the day before we checked out and that particular day we were in Mesquite golfing. Bummer

Summary: A friend and I made this a home base for a few days while we did fun things in southern Utah and Nevada. It was the perfect spot, the hot spot in the evenings was perfect to relax muscles and enjoy a show. The property is clean and plenty of space for family and friends of just you and a friend - and the price is perfect.

Summary: The property was amazing. It was very close to Snow Canyon and about an hour from Zion. The amenities were great and the pool was wonderful in the 90+ degree heat. The property mgmt company was very organized and responsive. We stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary with 6 other couples and had a ball.
