Positive: It was very well decorated, and spacious. The location is exceptional, and it felt very safe.
Negative: The only thing we could say is that the toilette room was tiny. We aren’t used to that being from the States.

Positive: Excellent central location, superb restaurants and bars within very easy reach day and night but not too busy/touristy, walkable to Seine, Notre Dame etc. the location cannot be underestimated, easy access to Gard du Nord for Eurostar (no change, use metro 4). Surrounded by universities, book shops and nice bars. The apartment was lovely and clean - good quality bedding, everything you needed, wifi and air con. Restaurants nearby were so good - Le Prince Racine so welcoming, great atmosphere, nice food and reasonable prices. We had an excellent experience further down the road at Bouillon Racine. Felt really special, quality food and reasonable prices. Would definitely stay here again. Rahim was an excellent host, very accommodating and good communication.
Negative: Wasn't really anything we didnt like. It was big enough for our family of 5 (4 adults and 1 older teen). We didn’t cook for ourselves but kitchen would only be suitable for simple meals.
Summary: Quality stay in a perfect and safe feeling location - with easy access to great bars and restaurants

Positive: very safe and convenient location. Property is clean and host is very responsive. One washer and dryer on-site (in a common area shared by 4 other units). I would recommend this property based on my experience.
Negative: We have 4 people in the party - 2 adults and 2 teens. Bedrooms have enough space. Toilet and shower closets are very small. We stayed for 2 nights.

Positive: Location was great! The host was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips on places to go. Easy to get key and place was very secure. Bed was very comfortable! Enough supply of towels and a nice towel rack to hang dry. That is helpful with 3 kids!
Negative: A little dirty- dishware was dirty with food particles and stains. Dusty shelves. Kitchen coffeemaker had water in it which meant it wasn’t clean.
Summary: It was a lovely stay. I recommend a good clean before guests arrive but otherwise I would recommend this place to friend

Positive: We loved the location. It is right by a metro station that we used quite a bit. It is walkable to Notre Dame cathedral. There is a great French restaurant on the opposite corner from here that we ate at three times. It is called PALADOR highly recommend it for the food, the welcoming staff, and the amazing wine selection. You have a refrigerator and a microwave in your room. There are two good size double or queen size beds. I’m not sure. The bathroom is clean with a nice shower. The host goes above and beyond to make your stay there wonderful.
