Positive: We were debating whether to stay in Theth or here, and we’re so glad we chose this place. It’s undoubtedly one of the most thoughtfully designed places I’ve stayed in. The views, the atmosphere, and especially the villa made our stay a real treat. Our host, Arber, made sure we had everything we needed. We loved having breakfast that we prepared ourselves on the balcony, enjoying the peace and quiet while looking out at the magnificent mountains. Fortunately, we didn’t experience the electricity problems mentioned in earlier reviews. We stayed for three nights, and it felt far too short.

Positive: Very nice and clean house with hiking areas around. For me hiking in Boge was better than in Theth. Tracks are poorly marked, but you can start from a tiny road near the sign to camping.
Negative: Region sometime loses electricity, but house is full of rechargeable lamps and candles. Its region issue, not the house. For us it wasn't a challenge at all, just a well spent time with friends.

Positive: This place is ideal for a big group (3 families in our case) to enjoy the mountains and sit around the fireplace in the evening. Kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Both bathrooms very clean. The location is amazing. Lot’s of space around the house too. Kids loved to play outside. Smooth check in and check out procedures and excellent communication with the host, who took very good care of us. Highly recommended!
Negative: There are some problems with the electricity, which was not powerful enough for the dishwasher and for our “raclette oven”, but no big deal really. We washed the dishes by hand and melted the cheese with candles, making the experience even better. Heating devices and also the WiFi worked perfectly.
