Positive: The place is nice and spacious for a big family like mine to get together however need to provide better blankets ( too small) and pillows (too hard n high) Mr Raymond was very nice . He corresponded and replied my queries promptly which I appreciated. Will be back surely!

Positive: The house is spacious and clean. The owner is friendly ,helpful and considerate We enjoy using the karaoke system, table tennis and pool

Negative: House is in a secluded area with many abandon house nearby. A bit spooky. There are many stray dogs. There is a CCTV in the dining area that make us uncomfortable and felt being watch with no privacy as we have to put on our hijab in the house. The bed is not comfortable as it is a double decker bed like in school hostel. The blanket is too small and thin.

Summary: Our stay overall is pleasant and this place is suitable for team building and family gathering.

Positive: Swimming pool, ping-pong table, mahjong and karaoke room keeps everyone entertained. Large BBQ pit makes the activity enjoyable. Spacious living room and kitchen. Enough bed and shower rooms. You don't have to Q to take shower or use the toilets. Friendly host and responsive. Highly recommended for large group gathering.

Negative: CCTV is installed at all areas - living room, karaoke, kitchen except bathrooms and bedrooms. Felt being watched at all times.
