Fully Renovated! Unique property, 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, gourmet kitchen, TV, and internet access. Property sits on Josias River. Can sleep 6 comfortably. New to market rental…everything brand new! This home has three floors. The lower level is a master suite with King size bed, TV, bathroom with large bathtub and shower and looks onto backyard and river. Main floor is gourmet kitchen with dining area for 8 and living room with 2 sofas and two chairs and large TV. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with King bed and a twin pull out, the other with a bunk bed (double on bottom) and additional twin. These 2 bedrooms share a full bath. Ample closet space throughout. Home is fully air conditioned. Driveway accommodates 4-5 cars. Gas grill right off kitchen and very convenient. Beach towels and chairs are provided!

Summary: The house more than lived up to my expectations. It was very well appointed but also extremely comfortable for our family. Robyn was a communicative and considerate host, and we always had what we needed.

Summary: My wife, 1 yr old son and 3 yr old daughter rented this home for our week in Ogunquit. We only knew a little about the town and didn’t know where to stay, but this looked like a great location and it was! Not so easy to walk anywhere with our crew but we walked often to the downtown area although we drove to the beach because we can’t go anywhere without a hail of stuff. House was a great size, clean, great porch where we spent most of our week eating meals and relaxing. All the cookware you could need to make some meals. Plenty of parking. Great really nice restaurant right across the street called Jonathan’s. Trolley stops right outside of the house! If you’re looking for someone really close to the beach this might be a little far if you’re taking little kids but if it was just my wife and I we or adults could have walked anywhere. This spot is nice because it’s halfway between the beach and main strip and the Perkins cove area. Would definitely stay again! Hosts are easy and great communication.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this property! The house was spotless and had everything that we needed to be comfortable. The screened in porch was such a bonus, especially on rainy days. The privacy was really nice as well. The house was a bit far to walk to the main beach with a toddler and a wagon full of gear but definitely doable. The walk to Marginal Way was lovely. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The owner was super helpful and communicative as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Beautiful house in a great location!!!! My family and I enjoyed a week in Ogunquit Maine with easy access to everything. We really loved the screened in porch where we enjoyed family game nights . The owners were very accommodating, we hope to visit again soon!

Summary: Super cute house - perfect layout for a group of girls. We walked to the beach Perkins cove, the beach & dinner - no need to drive anywhere. Trolley stops right outside house took it downtown for a fun cute experience! Beautifully decorated & made you feel right at home.

Summary: Really comfortable and well located. We walked everywhere -- cove, beach, town. House was clean and well maintained; beds (mattresses and linens) and bathrooms were high quality; kitchen was well stocked; living room accommodated our family of five very nicely. Owners were super -- gracious and responsive. No complaints except the week went by too fast.
