Positive: The property is well-located.
Negative: While the location is excellent, our stay was disappointing. One room lacked heating, so I had to require a room change. Additionally, most of the staff members do not speak English. The breakfast was substandard in both quality, variety and quantity. When I tried to pay for my stay, their credit card terminal wouldn't process Euros, and I had to wait 45 minutes for the issue to be resolved. In the end, they charged me in Forint, and the final price ended up being higher than what was shown on my booking.

Positive: The localization is excelent and the room is very confortable. There is a nice restaurant with good food in honest prices. I often go to Eger and always stay in this hotel.
Negative: For me, everything fine.

Positive: It was overall a good hotel experience, nothing fancy but it did just well. Bed was OK, room was well equipped, no issues with bathroom. Breakfast was OK - standard hotel buffet.
Negative: Communication with receptionists was a bit tough (limited english profficiency of receptionists during our stay), fortunatelly we only needed to communicate during check in and check out. Room was quite old and could see some renovation.
