Positive: The lady from the property it s amazing. So lovely and helpful, also she help me to rent a moto. The price it s very good for the condition, it s cleean and family friendly. The location it s near by the beach, near by 7/11 and Big C.
Negative: Unfortunately when I stayed there was some construction going on so was a bit annoying and also not very far away it s a mosque so you gonna her the bells. Anyway for me, because i did not stay to much in the room was not a problem.

Positive: Nice bench to sit outside if the weather's not too hot.
Negative: Need you're own transport if you're going to stay here, nothing really withing walking distance. Room was pretty small, but no complaints for the price.

Positive: Nice wooden bungalow. Pleasant outdoor bathroom and kitchen corner. Could be accomodated for long stay Quiet place, a bit off track
Negative: No service (may be off season) like food, drinks Beach 2km away at end of a concrete/asphalted road winding around residential villas and mangoe fields. Uninviting beach, few dilapidated shacks, scattered garbage. No restaurant on beach side The sea side is much prettier when you get close to Phe Rayong, with lots of beautiful trees, flowers and friendly spots for yoga or exercice

Positive: I like detached bungalows, with parking place near room. Have terrace, table and chair. Have coffee and hot water on the reception. It would be quiet place, if neighbors not play loud music late at night and start again early morning.
Negative: The house is so old, with holes in the floor. If you need go to toilet and shower should pass open area, and it face directly to the road, have to put on clothes after shower. Don't take room No.1. I think this is the only room like this. but for this price it couldn't be better.

Positive: Staff really friendly and helpful. Arraged motorbike hire and taxi. Cute thai style accommodation. 2 mins ro beach on scooter.
Negative: The room was a little dirty, and mosquitos were everywhere as the windows and doors did not shut properly. A net over the bed would be a good addition.
