The space
Our unit is cosy and completely self contained, with separate kitchen and bathroom including laundry. The living area comprises of a lounge opening via sliding doors to your bedroom with Queen bed and wardrobe and dressing table. There is an outside grassed area and clothes line.

Off street parking directly at the door. Easy access from the road and across the road to beach access to the safe swimming Ohope Beach with fishing, beach walks.

Summary: I really liked this property. Surprisingly quiet, considering closeness to the main road. Loved the location, handy for the beach and Four Square. My only gripe was the nylon sheets on the bed... I'm allergic to nylon, so just had to suck it up and buy myself some cotton sheets. Otherwise, really helpful landlord, and everything supplied. Thanks again.

Summary: Excellent value for money. Well appointed, fully equipped kitchen . Lots of little extras- cereal, milk, various beverages. Warm and cozy. Had the best nights sleep in months! Couldn’t figure out the tv but didn’t matter. No outdoor space but then the beach is a short walk away. Could hear tenants in above flat thumping about but not that often
