Positive: The house and room were sooo clean. Definitely the best accomodation we had in the Philippines and for such a cheap price. Also really loved the balcony with a beautiful view. The bathroom was also very clean. The room was very spacious. And they always had cold drinking water.

Negative: The location is a little further from the main street but you can rent a scooter for a good price.

Summary: Loved this place so much!! Best stay I had in The Philippines.

Negative: Bit of a bumpy road to the hotel, but that’s out of their control.

Positive: The place is really nice and spacious, set up like a big house with multiple rooms, each with its own bathroom, which gives a good sense of privacy. It is a bit far from the main tourist area, but that worked well for me since I needed a quiet place to get some work done. The on-site staff were very warm, friendly, and accommodating.

Negative: The location means food choices can be limited late at night. Also, communication with the host online was not as pleasant compared to the staff on site. Hopefully just an isolated incident.

Positive: One of the better properties we stayed at on our trip. Clean, modern and comfortable. This is the kind of place that makes you wish you stayed longer. The lady at the reception (Gilette) is super friendly and was doing her best to accommodate any requests.

Negative: Location is somewhat remote, on one hand offering a pastoral charm, on the other requiring investment into some transportation options and being accompanied by early morning serenades by roosters and goats. Earplugs come in handy.

Positive: Amazing room with en-suite! Great WiFi connection (had an interview for a role back in the UK and the connection was very stable). Bed was comfy, staff were so lovely! Would recommend and stay again

Negative: Takes approx 25-35 minutes to walk into the centre. I was happy to do the walk but something to consider!

Positive: For the current price it's amazing value. The building is new, all facilities are modern and advanced (electronic lock on the main door, heater that lets you choose the target temperature by a degree! etc). Everything was neat and clean.

Negative: A bit far from the main touristy areas, you need your own transport. Windows are not really blocking the noise from outside, there are dogs and roosters that are quite loud in the night. For the current price, it's not an issue though.

Positive: I could say this was the best stay we’ve had so far. We stayed at the property on a Black Saturday and Easter Sunday, so the famous beaches in Moalboal are packed. The front desk was kind enough to let us know that there is a way going to the beach literally less than 5 mins walk away from the property. Our stay was laid back so stayed at the property pretty much 70% of our entire booking. We were able to cook, dine, and chill like we’ve always wanted. Plus it’s pet friendly!!! Such a gem!!!

Negative: The only con about the property is its location, which is a bit far from the usual go to spots in Moalboal and hailing a tricycle ride would cost around ₱450 pesos based on what the front desk told us. But they offer free pick up and drop off services to/from the main highway so problem is solved!

Summary: Perfect for a laid back stay, the best so far!
