A fun get-away and well appointed luxury cabin perfect for a weekend retreat. This cabin overlooks the spacious green pastures capturing the remote beauty of our 40-acre property. The North Cabin at OK40 Ranch, we offer a king-size bed in Bedroom one and two twin-size beds (trundle beds can become a king-size bed) in Bedroom two. We also offer a queen-size sofa bed in this cabin. Maximum occupancy is 6.
Guests have access to walk the 40-acre property. Rented cabin is the only building that guests have access to unless accompanied by owner.

Summary: It is in the middle of Oklahoma so don't expect coastal or mountain type views, but it is a very pretty property and it was a nice little escape from the city (Tulsa) for us. We would definately recommend and we would stay here again if we need a close by country escape.

Summary: OK40 is possibly the sweetest spot in Oklahoma! Great little cabins in the woods, far enough to get away and close enough to get anywhere you want to be. Each cabin is meticulously decorated and filled with very nice vintage or themed accessories, just beautiful! My husband and I enjoyed the great hospitality Debbie provides. She is an amazing hostess who probably has forgotten more than most people will ever know about making guests feel welcome. Life is short, make a reservation and have a great time. We did!

Summary: We loved our stay on the ranch. Debbie was great & friendly. The dogs & other animals were very friendly as well. The pool is very private & fully stocked. There was nothing that we went without at the ranch. We will definitely be staying here again.

Summary: Pictures do not do this place justice. More than we imagine. Absolutely peaceful. We brought our 4 year old daughter here for her birthday. Started off with a carriage ride from the beautiful Ella and swam looking at the gorgeous view for the rest of the day. Debbie is an amazing lady and makes you feel like family. Will definitely be back!

Summary: We had the best time and can’t wait to come back. The property is beautiful and the pool is amazing. My teens fished, played with the dogs and swam the night away. We definitely plan to come back.

Summary: We stayed here during a trip to OK for my uncle's funeral. It was so warm and cozy when we got in (stayed there during October) from the road, so comforting! The cabin was very clean and decorated so cute. We liked the layout that gave us privacy of having rooms/bathrooms on opposite ends or the cabin with the kitchen and living room in the middle. Owner was very accommodating, flexible and friendly. We enjoyed walking the grounds and being surrounded by the peace of nature.
