This gorgeous Lindal Cedar Home (Make Sure You See Video!) boasts over 3300 sq ft of great living space on 3 levels with 2 well-equipped kitchens. Recently renovated, redecorated. Room enough for one large multi generational family or TWO families with 2 spacious fireplaced living areas, 1 on the main floor and another in the living area of the lower level. Separate kids' TV/ game area as well. 6 bedrooms and 5 full baths include a large master suite with a king bed, full bath, whirlpool tub, and private deck, a second king bdrm upstairs and a queen bedroom upstairs. The main floor has lg queen bedroom off the kitchen. Lower level has a queen bedroom with private bath, a second bedroom with full/twin bunk combo and 2 pull out sofas. With the mountain just 2 miles away this spot can't be beat!! House sits high up on the beautiful South Hill Area. Shuttle to Okemo available right at the bottom of the hill if you prefer that to parking at the mountain.
The Okemo area offers abundant opportunity to ski, snowboard, snowmobile, fish, golf, boat, hike, cycle or just sightsee in one of the most beautiful areas while taking in breathtaking vistas.
This home offers the perfect combination of open floor plan and contemporary design while maintaining the warmth and charm of the rustic country home. Fully furnished, you will find the large fireplaced great room on the main floor to have ample seating for a group of 12-14 people, the dining area with a large round table is suitable for 8 or more to sit around, the main floor kitchen fully equipped and with both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. There's a washer and dryer right off the kitchen and the screened porch right off the kitchen is always a favorite spot in warmer weather.
The main floor bedroom has a queen and a full bath right off the kitchen, lending this room perfectly for those special grandparents or as an additional master suite.
For fitness enthusiasts there is a recumbent bike in the house and in warmer weather an ample backyard allows for frisbee, tossing a ball or other lawn games.

Summary: It was great to be back for another 4 day New Years ski trip! We are three families ( 6 adults and 7 kids age 6-10). The house is great inside and out ( hot tub!). Weather wasn’t great for skiing, but being so close to the mountain made it easy to get some runs in and get back to the house. Good times.

Summary: The Okemo Vacation House was an excellent property to help our extended family create lifelong memories! We stayed at the property MLK weekend 2024 and had mixed weather for the weekend. Saturday was not favorable for skiing so we stayed at the house which more than adequately supported our family. We had 14 family members (4 families, all cousins) ages 4 to 70 stay. The house never felt small, especially with the young ones. The house was fully stocked and the hot tub was perfect! On Sunday we skied at Okemo, which is only minutes away. Finally, the owners were extremely good to work with and communicated/ were available throughout the entire process (booking to departure). Definitely recommend the house for anyone looking for a great ski house at Okemo.
