Positive: This was a real coup! Brilliant accomodation for 4 adults going to The Eden Project. Comfy beds, brilliant showers and great options for seating and the kitchen was very well equipped. Great value for money, 10/10 No notes.
Negative: Really not much to mention, but if I was pressed: Kitchen has so much stuff in it, it would be great to do a tidy Some windows blown making it difficult to look out.
Summary: An absolute gem, couldn't be more chuffed with my find!

Positive: Great place to stay, loads of space for families. All the necessities required for a great stay.
Negative: The instructions provided to find the home were terrible! Arriving in the dark was stressful. A what 3 words, better signposting and clearer directions (with distances) would be helpful. Perhaps clearly naming the cottages too as we tried to enter the wrong one!

Positive: Location of the property was stunning.
Negative: not enough towels put out for 3 guests - had to search around for towels. Single bed mattresses are uncomfortable and beds are very creaky. Beds were clean but didn't feel recently aired. Would have been nice to have a small supply of tea/coffee available to have a hot drink on arrival. Felt like the house hadn't been occupied for a while and wasn't freshly prepared for our arrival
Summary: Fantastic location & views. Decor & furnishings a bit dated. Property was warm.

Positive: The property is remote, but at the same time the nearest village with pub, chippy and shop etc is a 5 min drive away, the property is also dog friendly so just what we wanted. The property was large and spacious, furnished well with all the amenities you would need, the property is not modern, but cosy and homely. We would certainly stay here again if in the area.
Summary: Great central base to explore Cornwall from with the dogs in tow.
