Positive: he rooms very very plain and we could hear other gest coming in on the hallway with rolling suitcases. Beds were old and needed better mattresses.

Negative: location and the restaurant

Summary: I thin the rooms need better bedding and feeling fresh, things are very outdated for the price.

Positive: + a large area, there is a place to walk. + unlimited pool and sauna. + delicious zhurek.

Negative: - very noisy in the corridors, in the evening children ran and shouted, in the morning you could hear the staff. - chestnut behind the nightstand, maids need to work more carefully.

Positive: I loved that the hotel was around a lake and in general the whole area how it looks (absolutely lovely). Also I loved seeing the animals around, you can check horses, sheeps, chickens, ducks and gooses. Finally the best part I would say is the location of the swimming pool, the views from there are awesome at sunset.

Negative: The only thing I didn't like it was when we went to do the check-in, I went to the reception with my partner and I was speaking in English with him, and with the girl who was taking care of our check-in, she clearly saw I don't speak Polish and at the end when she gave us the key for our room, she started to explain all the general info about the hotel in POLISH (where is everything located, what time the restaurant and swimming pool opened...). I was a little bit shocked as I just spoke English with her a couple of minutes earlier. Is not that she didn't know about it and maybe thought both of us were Polish speakers, in that case I would understand it a 100%. I had to interrupt her and ask her if she could just explain it in English so I would not have to ask my partner later about what she was explaining, it was an information for BOTH OF US, and even it was me who was filling the document and taking care of the reservation but she anyway started to explain everything in Polish to my partner without even looking at me. She was even surprised that I asked her to explain all of that in a language where everyone could understand it, only to discover she could barely express herself in English which I think is an inconvenient and also rude. If she could not do that she could have asked her colleague next to her to do this instead of her, but chosing to just speak to my partner only expecting him to translate everything to me after 5 minutes of explaining things sounds like a joke, I understand people in Biedronka won't speak English to me, but this is a Hotel, not Biedronka. I also work in a customer service job, where English is a must and this is absolutely disrespectful from my point of view. If we come again, I wish not to find the same situation. Your hotel is a 9/10, but because of this experience I have to rate it lower as is an important matter, what would have happened if I were there alone? Should I use then google translator?
