Positive: It was a nice building in a lovely location. Breakfasts were amazing & very enjoyable. The daughter (sorry I forgot her name) was lovely & helpful.
Negative: The fact that the lounge/ dining space/ kitchen & fridge were all shared. The others seemed to be more permanent residents so we felt as though we were intruding into their space. Also the fact that our room plus one other were directly off of the lounge and one room was directly off of ours. The soundproof walls weren’t very soundproof. Didn’t like having to watch TV sitting on the bed as the TV was above the couch. Also there was no wardrobe or drawers to put any clothes.
Summary: Despite the lovely location & fantastic breakfasts, I’m sorry to say we won’t be staying here again.

Positive: The breakfast was excellent, the only little thing was having to decide the day before what you wanted the next morning, although I appreciate this reduces waste.
Negative: The bed was a little creaky and woke me up during the night.

Positive: Beautiful location and accommodation. Very clean. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly and helpful communications from the host.
Negative: Would have preferred the walls to be more soundproof and to have a wardrobe (instead of a side cabinet and hooks) in the room. However, it was fine. No question, we would return!

Positive: Izzy who was looking after us this weekend. Couldn't be more helpful. Excellent recommendations for local food and the breakfast was first rate full English. Not overly much delivered nicely. This isn't a hotel it's a B&B so more homely then you might expect but absolutely lovely.
Negative: 2 of the rooms lead directly to the breakfast room and all connect to a shared garden. Not an issue for me but could bother some people.

Positive: The room we were given was lovely and spacious with a massive, comfy bed. Working TV and the bathroom was lovely. We were given a hairdryer when asked promptly which was very nice. My partner was on crutches and Nicky suggested borrowing a shower seat to help him which was very useful, we were very grateful for this. We didnt have the breakfast so cannot comment on this, but used the fridge in the communal kitchen which was very handy. We were visiting the area as competing in the Moto GP at Silverstone with our race team, it was an approx 30 mins drive to the circuit each day which wasn't too bad.
Negative: The rooms were quite loud early in the morning we could hear the people in the room next door getting up and showering, it wasn't too disruptive but one morning we wanted a lie in and this wasn't possible.
Summary: Lovely accommodation with a friendly family, very happy with our stay

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! A very warm and friendly family (including their lovely pets) made us feel right at home. The property is beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent. They were incredibly accommodating with our arrival and departure times, allowing us to arrive early and leave later than usual. We will definitely book again—highly recommended!

Positive: Nicky and family couldn't have made us feel any more welcome from start to finish. We were attending the MotoGP at Silverstone to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday and Old Bunsty looked like a good choice and it was. Pre arrival communications kept us well informed. A lovely quiet spot with comfy beds, a big shower and should you choose it a very filling breakfast. The team went the extra mile on my wifes birthday making it extra special, thank you very very much. 100% recommend.

Positive: Breakfast was continental with berries and yogurt, fruit juice (a choice of two, orange and apple) coissant and pino chocolate. The accomodation was clean and well presented with room kettle and tea and coffee as well as bottle of water. The staff and owner on site were friendly and kept us well informed and were excellent hosts that looked after us above and beyond. There was good outside space and place to relax as well as a BBQ. Thank you. Would recommend a stay
Negative: The communal room was shared and possibly noise would have been an issue as walls quite thin. Would suit families and couples sharing that know each other. Unable to use cooking facilities as owner not issured for cooker use.
Summary: The review is niggley and did not retract from a very nice stay
