11 Bedroom Place in Fayetteville

The 27 beds can sleep over 40 guests and priced right at $595.00 a night plus $ 695.00 laundry , yard and cleaning fee with 2 night minimum. Vrbo fees and taxes do apply. 2 kitchens and three large refrigerators are equipped to feed a crowd .
You have 2 private acres for your group in a private setting . Is hosted ,owner has a room in the oldest house on property .
Inside outside pavilion can seat about total of 75 wth 6 6 ft tables inside , it's across from
the 1920s farmhouse , WiFi code is Door60horse . Video tour on Youtube , grannys retreat .
Along with the pavilion new build we have 2 new cabins which each sleep 4 guests each . Furniture may be moved for parties if needed. Please replace to original set up .
We do have regulation horse shoe pits so bring your horse shoes. . We do allow dogs. Please leash for their own safety. The dog rooms are barn 5 and 6 cabins.
***You must keep your dogs on a leash at all times. Always clean up after your dogs with doggy bags and put the bags in the trash. Dogs are not allowed on beds. Max 2 dogs per booking. Keep dogs safe. Dog fee $50.00 per night .
BBQ pits (charcoal) and outdoor seating on the side
of the pavilion are great to enjoy the outdoors . There are fire pits for cool nights out in the pasture. Enjoy the peace and quiet.

Summary: The place was perfect for what we needed with over 40 people there. The accommodations were great and accurate to the listing outside of the fact that a few of the beds/rooms were not actually available for guests. The owner was very kind and went out of her way to communicate with me beforehand and help me with any questions I had. However, she did not communicate that a few of the rooms/beds she had told me about would be unavailable to us because her and her family stayed there. We had to last minute rent a couple of hotel rooms for some people which shorted us a few hundred dollars. Given that the whole trip was for our wedding losing that extra money was pretty tough. Overall I would definitely recommend the place for staying with large groups of people so long as the actual number of available beds/rooms is communicated.

Summary: web have 7families, there are plenty rooms for us. The pavilion is a nice place for gathering, most of the bedrooms are not attaching to the pavilion, so if some of us wants to stay late and chat or play cards, the Moises made won’t disturbed others who wants to go to bed earlier. There are plenty of supplies there, very convenient.

Summary: Perfect gathering place for a big group! We had 15, ages 1 to 84 for Christmas gathering the weekend before Christmas! Rinn was super helpful and easy to communicate with!

Summary: My family and I were impressed by Granny's Retreat. We were able to relax, in the peace, quiet and comfort of the country. The Retreat was the perfect place for my very large family to visit and catch up, the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Due to age and/or health issues if we needed to nap/rest we could go to our room to recharge. The Pavilion porch was our gathering place, we enjoyed the breeze and the sounds of nature. The Pavilion is well equipped with a wonderful kitchen and enough tables and seating to handle our large group with ease. The Host, Rinn, and her furry ambassador cat, Tom, were the best. Rinn made sure we were comfortable, and Tom made sure he entertained the family, especially the 2-year-old twins, who loved him.

Summary: We had our wedding here in June! Stunning property, easy to decorate and arrange the pavilion to your desired function and esthetic. Plenty of spaces for for friends and family to sleep, commune, and enjoy each other’s company! I definitely recommend for a peaceful family gathering of any kind!

Summary: We had 24 ladies for a 3 day/2 night retreat. When we left Granny's Retreat, over half of the ladies wanted to stay another night. I consider that a success. Rinn's property was perfect for our small church getaway. The homey feeling of the bedrooms and the abundance of bathrooms was definitely a plus. The pavillion easily seated us for meals and teaching sessions. The kitchen made large group meal prep easy with room for more than two people to work at a time. But the front porch was the most visited space of all. The ability to gather comfortably with a large group, to pull just a few chairs close for more private convrsations or to play a game of farkle.at one of the many tables made this our favorite place at Granny's Retreat. Rinn makes you feel like you're visiting a familiar place, even if it is your first time.

Summary: Stayed here with extended family for Thanksgiving weekend. The bedrooms met our multiple needs - 3 month old to 73 y.o. The large dining area and covered porch allowed for social distancing and a variety of activities, even when it rained. Rinn responded quickly to any questions or needs. We cooked all meals. While the kitchen wasn't necessarily equipped specifically for our various menus, including Thanksgiving, we were able to adapt and adopt the kitchen furnishings to meet our needs. The only reason Granny's isn't a 5 star is that some rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly/deeply. And because we cooked so much, a cleaner oven to start with would have been appreciated. But we had a great stay - slept well, ate well and will be back.
