Summary: Kudos to The Host for this wonderful property. My wife, our guests, and I really enjoyed staying there in the berkshires. The house was warm and attractive. The ambience was terrific. This was exactly as it had been advertised. We strongly recommend that you stay at this charming location. I had several different Communications with the landlord and he was very pleasant and accommodating.

Summary: Was a great spot to hike, eat in Lenox and Great Barrington while also enjoying a night at Tanglewoods. Easily held 8 adults and we enjoyed our time there. Communication was easy with owners and timely.

Summary: A comfortable, we’ll furnished farmhouse close to Stockbridge and Tanglewood, our two points of interest. The house has a relaxed, friendly feeling, and though we were out all day, I could see we would be happy spending time indoors should the weather turn.

Summary: We stayed here for our son's wedding weekend it was the perfect home-away-from-home. Beds were comfortable, and amenities were great. It even had a guitar, Scrabble, and other fun offerings. Our family had a great stay and the hosts were communicative and clearly invested in us having an enjoyable stay. Such a great weekend!

Summary: Small family weekend reunion and evening at Tanglewood. House is a up a hill and GPS initially took us to the wrong house, but once we found 240 all was good! Very nice house - older, but vey nicely modernized inside. Big living room with lots of seating and all the modern electronics. good kitchen and dining room. We stayed in downstairs bedroom that had supper comfy memory foam king bed. No central a/c but window a/c in each room did the job on a hot humid summer weekend. We also used the Weber grill and outdoor table for Saturday dinner before going to Tanglewood. Supermarket 5 minutes away. 5 minutes other way to Stockbridge which was lovely small town with shops and bakery/coffee/ ice cream. Tanglewood about 15+ minutes. Motion light in driveway very helpful. Bear-proof garbage can which Yogi may have figured out before i did (took me a few minutes!). Digital deadbolt for house access very convenient - no need to carry keys. Very close to hiking - one trail out the backdoor! Owner provided coffee adjacent to the Ninja the coffee pot - and unless we drank their wine - nice bottle of red to greet us! Would absolutely stay again.

Summary: We were looking for a quiet getaway for our adult children and ourselves that was conveniently located to Tanglewood. The property is exactly as advertised and provided plenty of space for us to spend time together, and we particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch with our books and coffee. Hosts were gracious and responsive.

Summary: The outside gave us pause as we arrived. It needs a lot of TLC. The inside was quite nice. Appliances all worked as expected. We had a minor issue with an electrical breaker. Our fault. The owner has quick to respond and help us . That was very nice.

Summary: My family had a lovely time at the "farmhouse." The house was very clean and exactly the way that the owners described in the listing. A fully supplied kitchen, freshly stocked towels, and a map of trails just past the backyard made settling in very easy. Our athletic 38-pound dog loved hitting the trails right outside our doorstep. We visited the National Shrine of Divine Mercy, and it was only a 6-minute drive from the house. The nearest big grocery store was also only under ten minutes by car, which made picking up any necessary items a breeze. The first floor bedroom and bathroom were perfect for my 92 year-old grandmother who uses a walker and would never have been able to climb the steps to the upper floor. My husband and our family had a wonderful time simply spending time together. The front porch was our go-to for relaxation! We would definitely stay here again.
