Positive: The complex is very nice. The unit clean and spacious. Very friendly neighborhood.
Negative: There is not much daylight coming in, but it’s compensated by a good lighting.

Positive: The townhome was beautiful and obviously recently refreshed. My boys had a blast fishing the canal behind the property. They caught many bluegill, I even caught a few myself. The kayaks were a fun addition. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for my family of 5. It was great having a house instead of a room to park ourselves after a long day of vacationing. The owner, Sharon could not have been more pleasant to work with. I had a couple questions and she was always a phone call away with all of the answers. Stay here, you not will be disappointed!!
Negative: I loved our stay so these items are nit-picky to be sure: The dock behind the property was in a little disrepair but still useable. The single fishing pole provided is not useable since it had no string or tackle. This wasn't an issue as I had brought my own anyway. The hot water in the master bedroom shower did not get very hot. (I think the fixture needs to be serviced).
