Positive: Very different accommodation to what we normally book but it was great. It was warm when we stayed here so the air conditioning in the bedroom and fan in living room were great to have The host Jakub was super helpful and fast responding to any questions we had.. we would definitely recommend Poznan and the accommodation
Negative: It was all good. The style of the rooms mean that it can be a bit dark but we understand it is what makes the place have its features

Positive: Excellent location and choice of well rated restaurants. Apartment was of a high standard with great character. Air-conditioning was very much appreciated as was the complementary bottle of wine, apples, cookies and bottles of water in the fridge.
Negative: Bedroom and bathroom doors urgently need the hinges lubricating because of very loud creaking. Our 15 year old son struggled to sleep comfortably on the larger sofa bed which was too small for him, he's 5 feet 7 inches tall. I would say the sofa bed is only suitable for small children. Noise of the extractor fan from the restaurant below, which I know can't obviously be helped.
Summary: A very pleasant 2 night stay excellently located a short distance away from the old town square.

I felt like I was staying in a hotel with all the care and attention to detail. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the historic center, simply perfect! I 100% recommend it and will definitely be back.

Positive: Fantastic central location just off the main square, so quiet at night, 2 short flights of steps to the door, beautifully decorated with everything you could need to make a great stay. Jakub (host) was very helpful, quick to respond to any questions. Very thoughtful - left wine, biscuits & apples in the room as a greeting. We were blessed with lovely weather so the Air Con in the apartment was really good. We were given a place to leave our bags after checking out at 11am as we didn't fly until later.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: Loved it - made the visit special to have such a great base to return to.

Positive: Our second stay and this time had apartment 5 at the top of the building. Great apartment and good facilities, with an added bonus of a washing machine which comes in handy. The shower isn't the biggest and is the only thing that could do with being changed. Great contact with Jakub the host and would definitely stay here again.
Negative: The shower but everything else is amazing.

Attention to detail of guests' expections was outstanding, we had everything we needed in the apartment and even more than we expected.
