Positive: Beautiful property overall. Elegantly decorated to match the building type. Breakfast was home made to order. Kitchen staff is very delightful.
Negative: Carpet in bedroom needs to be changed. Bathrooms could be updated.

Positive: Bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Stopped at nearby Basilica after we checked out. Very beautiful. Worth a visit.
Negative: No breakfast, only served on the weekend. Assumed breakfast was provided because of online testimonial but missed any indication it was weekends only until we were inside and saw a sign. It was dark and raining when we arrived and the parking lot entry from the street was blocked. We ended up in an adjacent parking lot and called a private number twice before determining where to park and how to gain entry. Lavatory and toilet are in a separate room from the shower which is in a converted closet across the room. The TV cable service was so slow it buffered twice as long as it played; we turned it off after 15 min and went to bed.
Summary: Not for a through traveler on a weeknight. Probably lovely for a leisurely stay.

Positive: I felt like I was walking into my grandmas house- where I had the best memories as a kid Breakfast was amazing- great company with the other people that were there - Just great conversation with no one reaching for a cell phone Please don’t change a thing
Negative: I can’t find one thing I didn’t like
