Summary: The TV didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t plugged in. There was an old water bottle from a previous guest behind the night stand table which also had a considerable amount of dust and debris. The smell of moth balls hits you in the face as soon as you open the door. Large amount of ice build up on the deck as well, no maintenance there. The price definitely should have been way under $100 per night.

Summary: Nice view of the river. Rooms are very dated and old. Location is great right downtown and convenient to restaurants. Lots of parking onsite.
