Cute little kitchen with fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee pot & blender. TV with DVD player & a nice selection of movies. No cable or WiFi. Cozy fireplace inside & fire pit, grill, cleaning station or bar outside. Indoor & outdoor games!

Summary: Really cute and affordable cottage-style; Just enough stuff in the kitchen to cook our meals; when we opened the fold out sofa, it was not cleaned previously because popcorn fell out and was all over the bedding. Wi-fi would have been nice

Summary: It’s a nice, very clean place to stay, their are stores near by and you have the essentials! My only complaint would be that the grass in the fence was tall but given all the rain before we came it’s understandable.. Would definitely recommend to anyone with 4-6 people in their group

Summary: The tiny house was perfect for my friend and granddaughter. We went hiking at Petit Jean State Park and Mt. Magazine. The house was centrally located between the two. We had rain until after noon the last day so we weren’t able to visit Mt. Nebo State Park which is also nearby. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings and grilling. The only negative aspect is that it is located close to Hwy. 22 and next to a diner. Tractor / trailers pull in to sleep in front of the house and there is traffic noise from the Hwy. The property is fenced and the drive through gate was locked so we had to leave our vehicle on the street side of the fence. Over all, we loved the house snd it was furnished with every thing we needed.
